Experience the day with us, including a full 90-minute butchery demonstration with Dario Cecchini, plenty of Montinore Estate wine flowing all day, a hands-on workshop of your choice, and a beautiful farm lunch by The Nightwood Society.

Plus meet and mingle with the chefs and makers in the Marketplace, while getting a chance to purchase their products.

Then, sit for unforgettable multi-course subterranean dinner in the cellar with masterfully prepared food from the day's production, presented by Cathy Whims’ team of chefs including Rick Gencarelli of Grassa/Lardo, Rob Roy of Nostrana and Sarah Schneider of The Nightwood Society and many more.  

Dinner will be paired with yet more Montinore Estate wine.
