For ten years, Natalia Toral has been quietly weaving herself into Portland’s apron as an event producer.  Her logistics-loving brain has delivered some of the city's best food and beverage events like the Negroni Social, Portland Egg Nog Competition, Shandytown, the whole hog celebration Maialata, and this year’s inaugural Shuck Portland oyster festival.

The expanding pattern of her work focuses on spirit, wine and beer activations, like the Feast Portland after-parties and she builds events for the city with the industry in mind, creating memorable and experiential gatherings that have stirred-up national acclaim. 

Before making Portland her home in 2009, she was born in Mexico City and raised equal parts in SoCal and Phoenix - so, she's basically a saguaro.
