For 15 years, Natalia Toral has been quietly weaving herself into Portland’s apron as an event producer.  Her logistics-loving brain has delivered some of the city's best (and now fondly remembered) food and beverage events like the Negroni Social, Feast Portland’s after parties, Shandytown and Shuck Portland oyster festival. She loves building events for the city with the industry in mind, creating memorable and experiential gatherings that have stirred-up national acclaim. 

In 2023, she launched Lively Events, an independent consulting company specializing in event design, strategic consulting, and SEO support. Alongside this endeavor, she has continued to support restaurants within the ChefStable Group. While she’s known for throwing parties, her true passion lies in crafting innovative, out-of-the-box events.

A collaborator with Nostrana since 2014, she officially joined the team as staff from 2017 to 2021. After a brief hiatus, she returns in 2025 as Director of Communication and Events, perfectly timed to help Cathy Whims and the Nostrana team celebrate an incredible milestone: 20 years of excellence.
