For 15 years, Natalia Toral has been quietly weaving herself into Portland’s apron as an event producer.  Her logistics-loving brain has delivered some of the city's best (and now fondly remembered) food and beverage events like the Negroni Social, Feast Portland’s after parties, Shandytown, the whole hog celebration Maialata, and Shuck Portland oyster festival. She loves building events for the city with the industry in mind, creating memorable and experiential gatherings that have stirred-up national acclaim. 

A longtime collaborator with Nostrana, she remains a member of their extended staff. In 2023 started an independent consulting company Lively Events offering event design, sales and SEO consultation. All the while! Supporting restaurants within ChefStable Group. Her current focus is increasing events and at the airport of all places, where Loyal Legion boasts 8,000sq ft before security with a private (bookable!) speakeasy. Events outside of the box.
